Jane Lynch To Marry Girlfriend

It looks like actress Jane Lynch, who plays everyone’s favourite P.E teacher Sue Sylvester in the TV musical sensation Glee, plans to marry her longtime girlfriend, psychologist Lara Embry. According to the New York Times Carpetbagger blog, the couple intend to get tie the knot in May.

Lynch’s manager has not confirmed if the reports are true, telling Access this week that, “Jane is currently in a relationship and there is no related news to that relationship.”

Lynch, 49, is also known for roles in The 40-Year-Old Virgin and Two And A Half Men.

Embry was successfully involved in a high-profile same-sex custody lawsuit in Florida last year, for which she won the National Centre For Lesbian Rights’ Justice Award.

BBC Newsreader Jane Hill Comes Out

According to several UK tabloids, Jane Hill who is a BBC-TV midday news presenter, has come out in an article in the BBC’s in-house magazine.

Hill who is 40, revealed she has been living with her partner of one year, Sara, who is a camerawoman.

The dashing brunette is seen on BBC-1 and Channel 24.

In one article a colleague said, ”Everyone has known for years that Jane is gay.”

“She hasn’t made a secret of it at the BBC and although she has had other girlfriends over the years, this one seems to be the one”, the BBC colleague also said.

Needless to say this news has shattered many a men’s heart who watch Hill on the BBC for her news presentation and attributes.
