Minimum of two years in a similar position.
Higher education, preferably in hospitality management.
Spanish and English. Also desirable Portuguese and other languages.
MS Windows / Office at an advanced user level. Internet and e-mail. Hotel management programs (preferably Opera / Fidelio). Writing up reports.
Knowledge and understanding of customer service, commitment to organization, tolerance (appreciation of diversity), teamwork, ability to work under pressure, initiative, flexibility and communication skills.
