Two years minimum in a similar position.
High level of training in Hotel Management and Gastronomy.
English, German and Spanish.
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows / Office at advanced user level.
Teamwork, customer oriented, attention to detail, team management skills, tolerance (appreciation of diversity), leadership ability, experience in international cuisine.
