You will need to include a screenshot with the details of the conditions and restrictions of the lower rate you have found. Our Reservations Department will verify that the information is correct and complies with the Terms and Conditions required, and then, we will contact you to notify the change in rate and apply 5% extra discount for the inconvenience.

-Same Sale Conditions and Cancellation policies

The best found rate must be accessible to public on Internet and verifiable by the Axel Hotels sales team.
The comparison rate won’t include associated taxes with the city or country in question, or to any other associated taxes with the room rate.
