How does it work?
What is Axel and you?
It's the Axel Hotels loyalty programme, where the little details keep the fire of our relationship burning.
Who can register?
Our hotels are for adults. Anyone over the age of 18 can sign up to “Axel and you”.
How do I register?
Here, you can enter your data and you'll receive an email with your password straight away.
Which Axel Hotels participate?
All hotels in the chain except Telégrafo Axel Hotel La Habana participate.
How many levels are there?
As in all love stories, “Axel and you” has 3 levels:
Are you a first timer? Our Curious level welcomes you.
Do you already know us? At our Lover level, get ready to be overcome by surprises.
Do you love Axel? Are we your go-to? At our Devoted level, we'll look after you like never before.
How are points accumulated?
Whenever you book your stay via our website axelhotels.com you'll obtain points that you can use to redeem different products and services.
How much are the points worth?
Your loyalty is rewarded. For each booking you make, you'll obtain points that you can use to redeem products and services:
€1= 10 points
*The value of the points remains the same, even if the type of currency changes.
The more you book, the more points you earn!
How do I increase the level?
For each booking you make, you'll obtain points.
These points will continue to accumulate to level up:
- Curious: 0 – 29.999 points
- Lover: 30.000 – 79.999 points
- Devoted: 80.000 points or more
When will I receive my points?
You won't have to wait long. The day after checking out of the hotel you'll see the points you've obtained in the top menu of your “Axel and you” account.
When are points not accumulated?
You'll only obtain points for bookings made on axelhotels.com and completed at the hotel. You won't obtain any points for bookings made via other channels or if you don't show up at the hotel. You won't obtain any points for purchasing extra services or free products and services.
How do I redeem my points?
All you've got to do is sign in to Axel and You. In the “Privileges” section you'll see all the products and services that you can redeem for each destination and the number of points you need to redeem them.
Choose whichever one you like, click “redeem” and download the voucher. You'll then need to validate it at reception.
Do the points expire?
We don't want the flame of our relationship to go out, but we hope that you continue to enjoy all our benefits for a looong time.
Validity of points = 2 years
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, whenever you want to, but it's likely you'll end up coming back.
